HUEVEMBER 2021 - Flower Edition

Theme : Mimosa Bee

It starts!
Huevember, flower edition!
I'll try to make the flower as much recognisable possible ;;
For this day I wanted to make the bee tail out of mimosas!

Theme : Tulip Cygnus

Today I wanted to mix the tulip and the swan!
It's mostly because of the petals, I love her!

Theme : Dahlia Dancer

Ok I'm on time yay!
I decided to pick the Dahlia!
Why have I done a kemono? Because I was like "the petal shape = furry ears" ahahah

Theme : Marigold of the Sea

I wanted to make a small hint of my very first fish design I've made in my first Huevember. Tho the first idea came from petals.

Theme : Cosmos creature

I'm not going to lie, i wen a bit yolo on this one.
It started from an alien to a dragon-like thing.
I have been very unsure about the blue :x

Theme : Phoenix of protea

Bird character again, must admit that I start to like them!
I struggled before finding the character behind this flower.

Theme : Hibiscus Koï

For a flower often related to the sea, I wanted to do a fish design again.
I took a red and orange flower and the palette was good for a Koi!

Today I used two flowers!
The amaranthus for the tail and the bleeding heats for the rest of the design!
I did something like a bat.

Theme : Red Spider Lily

This is a suggestion from a friend, but I can't deny that I struggled on this design.
I thought that a spider would fit :")

Theme : Cherry Tree Dragon

A noodle yaaaay
I loved this kind of dragon since Seiryu. Tho I'm still struggling on legs.
I plan to do more noodles!

Theme : Foxglove's Spirit

An other design made because of the flower's name!
I should slow down on yokai because of last year but it was tempting.

Theme : Aechmea Lezard

I'm not used to lizard and I had to check for inspiration.
Also I gave them ears because of the small blue button flowers inside the flower itself.

Theme : Passion Peacock

A flower themed Huevember without a passion flower?
No, never!
Never without my favourite flower!!

Theme : Allium Bunny

Bunbun is in the place!
This one is more pastel than the others ngl but I like them!

Theme : Tacca Bat

Ok so this flower is litterally call bat flower

Theme : Frost of the Aster

I'm weak to fluffy dragons tho... I'm not satisfied with this design...
I chose it because this flower is also called Frost flower.

Theme : Orchid Butterfly

After the bee, I wanted to do the butterfly!
I was scared to fail them too because I was sick but no it's fine!
I like them :>

Theme : Love in a Mist

I kept the original flowers name for this one.
This design is conceptual I can tell. The name is sweet but the flower is all spiky. That's why I added these weird veins.

Theme : Glory of the Snow

I kept the original flowers name again.
I picked an arctic fox ith ice horns today, tho I've been hesitating between this, a bunny or a seal.

Theme : Iris Owlette

I'm sorry it's a bird again qwq
I've startedto read flower descriptions and I saw mentioned that iris has something royal. So i picked an owl.

I'm currently focusing on animation.
Today, a goat like oc! This flower is Himalayan so I chose an animal living there!

Theme : Jade Vine Dragon

The Jade colour and the vine's aspect inspired me!
The vine looks like horns and scales, I'm sorry guys but I had to!

This time, there's the latin name of the stork in the flower's name! I swear!
I hope it doesn't look too repetitive :")

Theme : Chrysanthemum's Last Breath

A weird design I can tell, I don't know if it's the case everywhere but this flower is often used for cemetery.
So a death related design.

Theme : Spider Mother

I tried to catch my late, recent events came really at the worst but I didn't want to give up on the Huevember because I was sad ...

Theme : Scabiosa Moth

It's been a while that I haven't tried a moth design.
I chose that because there's a variety called "Butterfly Blue".

I wanted to do a carnivorous plant for once, so I mixed a few ones to make this creature.
Huevember is almost done, I can't believe it's almost over.

For this theme, a friend told me that in the flower's name there is "Hell" so that's why I picked a dog because of Hellhound.

With the flower named Bells of Ireland ... I needed an Irish creature.
Sadly I only had inspiration with the Merrow and I did one of my fishy creature.
